• Pupils of lower K.G. will be assessed periodically and also given the formative Assessment and Summative Assessment.
• No leave is normally sanctioned during the Terminal Tests. Application for medical leave should be duly supported by Medical Certificate from a Registered M.B.B.S Doctor.
• The medical Certificate should be submitted before the close of the evaluation so that appropriate entries may be made in the school records. Medical Certificate will not be accepted after the last day of the evaluation.
• Evaluation shall not be anticipated or postponed for individual student. Evaluation dates will be noted in the diary/evaluation schedule.
• On evaluation days, no servant, parent, guardian is permitted to enter the evaluation Room on any excuse. On evaluation day students will not be permitted to leave the Evaluation Room until the paper is submitted to the staff invigilator/Teacher.
• The evaluated answer scripts and documents of other works done by the pupil during the assessments shall be under the domestic jurisdiction of the school and therefore no outside person or authority has jurisdiction to check or scrutinise the answer scripts or documents of other works done by the pupil. If in the opinion of the principal and the class teacher the results are significantly below the standard suggested by the pupil's class work, the accuracy of the marks awarded may be checked by a teacher appointed by the principal subject to not more than two subjects on payment of a fees of RS. 100/-. The results of the scrutiny will be intimated to the applicant thereafter.
• The School does not undertake to retain answer scripts for more than two months after the examinations.
• Internal rechecks, totalling of the marks etc. will be carried out under a standardised scheme of procedures before reports / results are published and hence no answer scripts or other documents shall be shown to parents.
