Fee Rules

• Fees accompanied by Pay-in-slip are to be deposited by cheque of the local Bank/canara Bank only in favour of 'Fatima School Section' at the CANARA BANK, STATION ROAD, GONDA on all working days between 10:00a.m. to 1:30p.m. on the dates mentioned in the Fee payment Chart.
• Canara Bank can also transfer the required amount from your account as school fees as and when it is due, on your standing instruction to the Canara Bank.
• Fee Defaulters will not be permitted to appear in the Unit Tests/Term and Final Examinations.
• Fees will not be collected in the School Office unless permitted by the Principal due to special circumstances.
• In case fee is not paid by the due dates mentioned in the Fee Payment Chart, a late fee of Rs.100/-will be payable for each instalment's delay and the late fees for each instalment will be computed late fees for each instalment will be computed separately and will be compounded.
• Parents / Guardians shall be charged with Rs. 170/-per cheque in addition to the cheque amount in event if the fee cheque is not encashed for any reason or returned unpaid by the bank.
• In case the fees remains uncleared within the stipulated period, as per the Fee Payment Chart, the student's name will be struck off the roll and if he/she is allowed to attend the classes, re-admission fee will be charged.
• Parents/Guardians are required to have the Fee pay-in-Book cleared by the School Office when the total amount has been paid and, in any case before commencement for the Final Examination.
• There will be no deduction in fees for Vacations or broken periods of attendance.
• A fine of Rs.100/-(One Hundred only) will be charged from those who lose the Pay-in-slip and the same will be issued by the school office.
• At least one month's notice in writing or payment of one month's notice in writing or payment of one month's fees in lieu there of, is required for withdrawal for student.
