Class X & XII Admission

• Admission to class Xl to the CBSE is not automatic for those candidates who appear at the CBSE class X exams. from this School. Since less number of seats are available, admission to class Xl will be considered on the basis of conduct and good academic record.
• It will be provisional till the Classes results are declared and stands cancelled if the candidate fails in the CBSE Classes Exams. at the first instance.

Class I - IX Admission

• Admissions for class 1 – 9 are usually held in the month March after verifying actual vacancies. Parents/Guardians seeking admission of their children/wards are required to fill up a prescribed Admission Form obtainable form the school office.
• The Minimum age required for the admission of child into the class lst is five and a half years (5 1/2 years) on l-st of April of the year and corresponding scale of age for the higher classes.
• The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed. The parent/guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect (per cir. No.110/7-1(5)/1081-82 dated 15th Oct. 1981 of the Inspector of Anglo- Indian Schools, Lucknow.
• A candidate who joins the school is required to produce an official/ Photo-state copy of the original BIRTH CERTIFICATE either form the Municipal Office, Maternity Hospital, the village family records, Baptismal certificate. A doctor's certificate is not Normally sufficient unless entries are certified form his/her case records. Affidavits are not accepted.
• The application form duly filled in and accompanied by the Birth Certificate should be presented before the admission of the student.
• Admission to higher classes will be considered only after verifying actual vacancies in the month of July.
• A student coming form another school must bring his/her Transfer Certificate countersigned by the Education Authorities and a certified copy of the Report Card/Scholar's Register at the time of admission. Pupils as a rule are subjected to test/interview or both to see the fitness for the class to which admission is sought in no case shall the child be considered to a class higher then the one stated in the Transfer Certificate.
• T.C. from a recognised school will only be accepted.
• In case of late admission of a pupil, the fee from the beginning shall be charged.
• The very condition of admission will be theat the parents/guardians will comply strictly with the terms and rules contained in this prospectus and the fees and all other charges laid down. Any further changes regarding Rules and Fees will also be binding on them.
